New Kelly Services management team to drive continued growth

Leading global recruiter, Kelly Services, has announced structural changes to its Australian operations that will enhance recent growth into professional and technical markets and the expansion of new and established Kelly brands.

The changes will apply to the Australian operations of Kelly’s Professional and Technical Sales, Regional and Light Industrial and Outsourcing and Consulting divisions.

Kelly Services’ Country Manager, James Bowmer said, ‘This new senior leadership team will be working to build on recent growth and identify new opportunities in both traditional and specialists markets.

‘I am delighted to welcome new staff to the organisation and congratulate those existing staff that have been assigned new roles,’ Mr Bowmer said.

To support the growth of Kelly’s Professional Technical division, Michael Nicholson, previously Regional Manager for Kelly Services in Western Australia and South Australia has been announced as the new Director, Professional Technical Divisions.

The PTSA division includes: Kelly Financial Resources, Kelly Engineering Resources, Kelly Scientific Resources and Kelly IT Resources.

Mr Nicholson is a qualified engineer who worked in the engineering industry for seven years before joining Kelly Engineering Resources in London. He will be based in the Sydney head office.

Ms. Ellen Richards has been announced as Sales Director responsible for the National Sales Team, corporate account management and business development. Ms. Richards was previously successfully managing Kelly Services’ Corporate Accounts Division.

Kelly Services has also announced new Regional Directors. Rhonda Thorburn, who previously managed the Retail Division, has been assigned the Regional Director role for Queensland, the Northern Territory and the Australian Capital Territory. Rhonda will be responsible for all commercial branch locations within the three states.

A new addition to Kelly Services, Patricia Phillips, will be Regional Director, New South Wales and Victoria. Patricia Phillips joins Kelly Services with a wealth of corporate industry experience, latterly running a commercial business in Melbourne.

Neil Rapley, the new Director, Light Industrial Division, is also a new addition to the Kelly team. Based in Brisbane, Mr Rapley’s role will focus on building a national brand strategy in order to grow sales while managing all Light Industrial Division Branches nationwide.

Most recently a Project Manager at Talent 2, Mr Rapley has 14 years’ industry experience and has operated his own business in the United Kingdom.

Kelly Services also announced Adelle Harrington as the Manager of Kelly Services’ Outsourcing and Consulting business.
