Kelly Services Maintains Lead In Online Recruitment

Leading recruitment company, Kelly Services, has maintained its market leadership in online job recruitment throughout the first half of 2006, according to the latest website measurement figures.

The figures from online competitive intelligence service Hitwise, show that Kelly Services led seven of its nearest competitors in market share of Internet visits through most of the period up to June 2006.

The Hitwise statistics measure the number of visits to websites, and provide the most reliable guide to online market share in the generalist recruitment sector.

Kelly Services Australian General Manager, James Bowmer, said “The results highlight Kelly’s strong and stable presence in the Australian online recruitment market. 

“We have put considerable effort into ensuring that our online service is as simple and straightforward as possible in delivering results to both candidates and employers alike”.

“We are delighted to see these initiatives reflected in the latest statistics.

“The success of our online job search is built upon a rigour and discipline that lies behind the recruitment process.  While the online approach opens up a wide array of potential candidates, it is backed up by a comprehensive validation process that filters the best candidates”.

Kelly Services recently launched a newly renovated website in Australia as part of a worldwide campaign to enhance the Group’s online presence.

“This will create a superior online service for clients and candidates, boasting increased usability and a brand new look.

“The whole format is designed to be user-friendly and time efficient,” Mr Bowmer said.

Added to the new website are the latest in Kelly Services’ range of products that include Kelly HRFirst Recruitment Process Outsourcing and Kelly IT Resources.
