About the SARAs
The SARAs are the recruitment industry’s premier awards, now in their 7th year. It is an opportunity for great recruitment agencies to be recognised and celebrated.
The Awards aim to:

Recognise and award the outstanding performance of recruitment agencies in Australia.

Give jobseekers a chance to identify and vote for their preferred recruitment agency in 2009.
For the last six years, Kelly has consistently won the SARAs and in 2006 was awarded Legend status for winning the same category for three consecutive years.
In 2009 Kelly was required to go back into the running and compete in the SARAs and won the 2009/2010 Large Specialist Recruiter category against runner up Robert Walters!
The SARAs voting system - A people’s choice award
Jobseekers vote for their preferred recruiters, which determines the SARA finalists and winners. Free from industry bias or influence, these awards are a true reflection of performance as seen by the candidates.
The Rules
Jobseekers can only vote once. A cookie is placed on the voter’s computer to track the results, so if they vote more than once, it won’t count. Votes are independently counted by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
